Data Deletion

STIPANOV VENTURE LIMITADA, the entity responsible for Blackbox Custom 4x4 and Blackbox CRM, allows individuals to request the deletion of personal data received or stored through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other channels connected to Meta.

How to Submit a Request

Send an email to jbermudez@blackbox4x4custom.com including:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request.
• Full name.
• Channel used: Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp.
• Related profile name, email address, or telephone number.
• A description of the data or account you want deleted.

To protect your information, we may request reasonable verification of your identity or confirmation that you control the specified account or telephone number.

What Happens Next

1. We will confirm receipt and review the request.
2. We will identify the associated records within Blackbox CRM and our systems.
3. We will delete or anonymize data that we are not required to retain.
4. We will inform you of the outcome of the request or any applicable legal limitation.

We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with legal, accounting, or contractual obligations; prevent fraud; maintain security; address disputes; or demonstrate that an opt-out request was honored.

Deletion performed by Blackbox does not automatically delete data that Meta Platforms, WhatsApp, or other third parties retain under their own policies. To delete information directly from Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, the individual must also use the options available on the relevant platform.
